Refund policy

You may request a cancellation before the item has been dispatched.

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you are in any way unhappy with your order and we will endeavour to find a solution. 

Items can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs but we will refund you for the original purchase amount and the original postage and packaging. A refund will only be provided to you once we have received the yarn and can confirm that the skein is in its original condition.
